Every room starts with a hardened structural core. From there, you select the protection systems that match your threat model — each one engineered in, not bolted on.

Forced Entry & Ballistic

Steel-cored wall assemblies, ballistic-rated door and frame, multi-point locking, protected sightlines, and safe-side egress you control.

EMP & Solar Storm

A continuous Faraday envelope with shielded penetrations and filtered power feeds — plus protected storage for the electronics you'll want after.

Earthquake

An independent structural cage engineered for seismic loads, optional base isolation, and restrained racking so your supplies survive the shake too.

Fire

Fire-rated envelope assemblies, ember-sealed penetrations, and an independent, filtered air supply that keeps the room breathable.

Flood

Watertight door thresholds and sealed penetrations, sump and backflow protection, with power and stores mounted above the waterline.

Lightning & Surge

Bonded shielding, staged surge arrest on every conductor entering the room, and an isolated grounding system that gives strikes somewhere else to go.

Battery banks with generator or solar integration, shielded charge electronics, and manual overrides — the grid becomes optional.

    We test everything with you in the room: door cycling, shielding verification, air, power failover, comms. Then we hand you the keys.

One team carries your project from the first conversation through commissioning, and everything we install is testable — you'll see the door hold, the power fail over, and the shielding verified before we call it done.

Where can a safe room go?

Almost anywhere with sound structure: basements, garages, interior rooms, additions, or standalone buildings. New construction gives the most freedom, but most of our work is retrofit. The site survey settles it early.

What does a room cost?

It depends almost entirely on size, site, and which systems you select — a hardened interior retrofit and a standalone multi-month shelter are very different projects. After the initial consult you'll get a scoped range before committing to anything.

Do I have to choose every protection up front?

No. The structural core is the only permanent decision. Systems like extended-stay provisioning, power, and surge protection can be added later — though shielding and flood sealing are far cheaper to build in from the start, and we'll tell you which is which.

Does EMP protection really require a full Faraday envelope?

For dependable protection, yes — partial shielding fails at its weakest seam. That's why our envelope is continuous, penetrations are shielded and filtered, and we verify performance at commissioning rather than asking you to take it on faith.

How long can the room sustain us?

Provisioning is sized to your household and your target duration. Multi-month autonomy — food, water, air, power, waste, comms — is a standard configuration, not an exotic one.

How private is this?

Completely. We limit who's on site, plans are shared on a need-to-know basis, and we never use your project for marketing. Even this website's contact form delivers straight to us with no third-party form services in between.
